Signed in as . Now connect the editing engine to your Claude, with the same account.
Set it up with Claude Code
Copy this prompt into Claude Code and follow what Claude tells you. It may ask you to approve a change to its settings, or to press Run on one setup command; both are expected.
Set up manually
In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app)
- Open Customize → Connectors and click Add custom connector.
- Name it Editing engine and paste this URL:
- Leave the advanced settings as they are and click Add.
- Click Connect. Sign in with this account () and allow access.
- Open the connector's settings and set its tool permissions to Always allow. Otherwise Claude asks before every edit.
- Start a new chat and say "I want to edit a reel". Claude gives you a link to upload your clips.
In Claude Code, from a terminal
This adds the editing engine to Claude Code and lets its tools run without asking every time (see what it does):
Then start Claude Code, run /mcp, pick editing-engine and
sign in with this account.
In Claude Code, without the script
Run it in a terminal, then start Claude Code, run /mcp, pick
editing-engine and sign in with this account.
So Claude doesn't ask before every edit, add "mcp__editing-engine"
to permissions.allow in ~/.claude/settings.json.
